By Submitting your order to 24essay.com, you confirm the fact that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. You also accept that the following terms and conditions create an entire agreement between us.

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all papers will contain at least 250 words per page, be double spaced and typed in Times New Roman size 12 font.

24essay.com and its writers can't guarantee 100% satisfaction on the urgent (up to and including 48 hours) orders that exceed the total of 10 pages.

The instructions for the order should be clearly stated in the order form. 24essay.com can not be held liable if improper or incomplete instructions delay the progress of the order.
 

Refunds
The company undertakes to issue a refund in case
• The order is delivered more than 3 hours later than the deadline (we reserve 3 hours in case some technical issue arise)
• There is a substantial plagiarism detected in the product and a reliable proof of this can be presented
• The product is completely out of the guidelines clearly stated by the client in the order form
Please note that 24essay.com should not be held liable due to any lateness caused by the third parties. The refund is only issues if the client did not break any term and conditions mentioned above.

Order cancellation
The customer may cancel the order and request 100% refund under the following conditions:
• The order has been in progress for under 24 hours
• The order has not yet been assigned to a writer
The order can NOT be cancelled if the initial order deadline was 48 hours or less

Plagiarism occurs when:

• A writer passes previously published work as their own
• A writer fails to cite a quotation appropriately
• Someone's copyrighted ideas are used without due acknowledgment
 
Revisions
The company offers minor amendments and revisions of the initial order as a part of its standard service. Any revisions should only include changes and adjustments that were not met in the submitted order and are within the initial guidelines specified in the order form. The company only undertakes to provide revisions under the following conditions.
• No changes of the paper are allowed to be made by the customer before revision takes place.
• No other general terms and conditions are violated.
• 48 hours should be allowed for the revision to be processed
• Revision should be requested no later than 5 days after the initial order is completed

If there is any delay of more than a few hours, you will be notified in advance. All requests for light revisions must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your paper. You must demonstrate to the writer how the essay did not meet your requirements.

9. We endeavor to provide the best product and services. However, 24essay.com is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses suffered by the choice of the customer to purchase services from 24essay.com

10. 24essay.com's liability on any claim, which includes negligence, regarding any assignment, will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
